  3. If you receive an SMS or email indicating that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours at helpurbanjosh@gmail.com
  4. If a product does not meet quality standards upon delivery, contact us within 1 day at helpurbanjosh@gmail.com with details of the product and any damage.
  5. Upon receiving the returned product, we will examine it and notify you of your right to a refund via email. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and within 30 working days of confirmation.
