REFUND AND CANCELLATION

Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in cases where the print on the t-shirt does not match our quality standards. Although we conduct thorough quality checks, there may be rare instances where the print does not meet our expectations. In such cases, we will gladly offer a refund.

Please note: Refunds will NOT be provided due to sizing issues. Thus, we encourage you to refer to our size chart carefully before placing your order.

Return Process:

  • You have a 2-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return if the print is incorrect.
  • After initiating a return, it typically takes 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
  • We offer reverse pick-up services, though a reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted from your refund, regardless of the number of items in the order.
  • Reverse Pick-Up Attempts: The courier company will attempt to pick up the item three times. Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability at your PIN code.

 

Product Condition: Please ensure that the product(s) are returned in the same condition they were delivered. Returns of items that are damaged, worn, or in poor condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 10 days of receiving the returned product, and the refunded amount will be credited to your bank account.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only possible before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order is shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
